MARIO TESTINO

Soy una fanática de la fotografía de moda. Y como tal, soy fiel seguidora de todas las producciones de moda de las revistas y de sus fotógrafos. Y uno de mis favoritos es, sin duda, Mario Testino. Lo seguía desde hace tiempo pero el otoño pasado tuve la oportunidad de ver su trabajo en el Museo Thyssen de Madrid y me quedé impresionada. A lo largo de su carrera ha fotografíado a todas las actrices y modelos más guapas e influyentes del mundo y sus fotografías se han publicado en revistas tan importantes como Vogue o Vanity Fair.

Mario Testino es peruano, nació en Lima, pero es en Londres donde ha instalado su cuartel general. Me gusta su historia porque empezó desde abajo, haciendo fotos casi sin cobrar a modelos que empezaban y desde entonces hasta hoy.

A continuación os dejo algunas de las fotos que más me gustan del fotógrafo ¡A ver qué os parecen!

La primera foto se la hizo a Madonna para su álbum Ray of light…¿A qué es genial?

Kate Moss ha sido una de sus musas a lo largo de los años.

No podía dejar de fotografiar a una de las actrices más guapas del momento…Angelina Jolie.

Modelos internacionales como Giselle Bündchen y actrices como Kate Winslet han posado para él en múltiples ocasiones.

¡Espero que os haya gustado mi pequeño homenaje al maestro!

    Conocí a Mario Testino y su trabajo a través de un regalo de una amiga que sabiendo que Kate Moss me parece la diva del estilo me regaló el libro de fotos de Kate by Mario. La verdad son fantásticas. Creo que hay algo mágico en la fotografía de moda, algo que nos hace soñar y transmite sensaciones y cuyo artífice máximo es el ojo que está tras el objetivo. La mente que orquesta la escena e inmortaliza ese segundo desde ese punto.
