NO A LA SEQUEDAD

Cuando llega este tiempo noto como tengo la piel cada vez más tirante, la piel se seca con mucha facilidad y esto es un problema ya que si la piel no está bien cuidada e hidratada, podremos lamentarnos con la aparición de manchas y sobretodo de las temidas arruguitas.

¿A qué se debe esto? Es necesario que bebamos mucha agua, ya que el cuerpo con el calor está perdiendo constantemente líquido y tenemos que reponerlo de manera habitual, para que nuestra piel no refleje esa falta. Cuánta razón tienen aquellos que dicen: somos lo que comemos. Frutas ricas en agua como la sandía, nos ayudarán a recuperar la tonificación de nuestra piel.

También podemos notar esta sequedad por una dieta que hemos seguido en esta época de operación bikini, por tomar el sol demasiado (¡¡mucho cuidado!! Ya os comenté aquí mis problemillas con el sol en la cara y cómo evitarlos) o por utilizar productos para la piel ricos en alcohol.

 

Para ello no hay nada como limpiar el rostro antes de maquillarse, sin cremas ni tónicos que contengan alcohol, proteger la piel de los rayos del sol y aplicar una crema hidratante por la mañana y la noche.

Ante la insistencia hace un tiempo en vuestros blogs recomendando una crema  de venta en farmacias, que se había hecho famosa por un pequeño rumor (creo que al final falso) de que una conocida mujer afincada en España utilizaba la crema de nombre impronunciable Xhekpon, mi madre decidió comprarla, pero dado que su piel no tiene problemas de sequedad como la mía, acabó dándomela a mí y he descubierto: la crema. Después de seguir los pasos anteriores, me aplico esta crema sobre rostro, cuello y escote, y su composición rica en colágeno y aloe vera, retrasan el envejecimiento, aumenta la hidratación y cuida la piel de ambientes externos, como la consabida polución madrileña. Desde entonces los problemas de sequedad, no es que hayan desaparecido, pero sí que mi piel no se siente afectada por ellos.

    Uf! la piel! como si no fuera necesario tener que preocuparme de la ropa también mi piel de me da miles de problemas!

    En mi caso siempre me va peor en invierno que en verano, ya que con el calor es natural que me hidrate mucho y beba harta agua; por el contrario en los meses fríos se seca a más no poder y la tenga demasiado sensible para usar cualquier cosa, pero por el momento lo que mejor me ha funcionado es la hidratante de la línea anti blemish de clinique, tiene una textura aguada y fresca increible, que de paso es muy energizante con su olor a eucaliptus :)
