LEVITA

Visto en: Puerta del Sol. Madrid. 16.10.10

Aprovechando el buen tiempo del fin de semana, fui a dar una vuelta por el centro y nada más salir del metro me encontré con esta chica, saqué rápidamente mi cámara para hacerle la foto.
Hace unos años, en la colección Otoño-Invierno 07/08, la gran diseñadora Teresa Helbig, más conocida por sus espectaculares vestidos de fiesta y de novia -de quien os hablo con más detalle en nuestra nueva sección: Los Hallazgos de Loca por tu Ropa-, nos mostró en el desfile La Petite una prenda que volvería cobrar protagonismo -si es que algún día se fue…-: la levita.

En estos momentos en las tiendas las encontramos de varios estilos, pero sin duda me quedo con una que he visto en Zara, muy estructurada y con amplias hombreras, como si de Balmain se tratase.
Es una prenda hecha para combinarse desde con un vestido de fiesta, como nos muestra la diseñadora catalana, hasta con unos jeans como la lleva nuestra modelo de la calle, quien completa su outfit con unas Converse rojas a juego con el color de sus labios.

I love those I´ve seen in Zara, well structured with wide pauldrons, as if they were Balmains’. Our casual model wears it with jeans and red Converse shoes, matching the color of her lipstick!
